Tony Scianna & Steve Roy know where to find the bass on Lake Winnipesaukee this time of year. They’ve been a dominate team on this lake for years, and they continue their streak with the W, weighing in 16.74, anchored by big bass of the day at 5.63! They take home a great $1,150 payday for their actions, as well as the best fishing plaques this side of the Mississippi, brought to you by ROCK RUN AWARDS (https://www.rockrunawards.com). Taking 2nd place with the highest 12lb weight of the day (12.85 lbs) was the team of Chris Klocker & John Spink! You might recognize the name from our CT River open in June since they took the W there, so they continue their OPENS streak with a great payday of $550! Chris had only been on the lake for a handful of hours in his life before tournament day, but him and his teammate figured it out on game day.
Taking 3rd place for $320 was the long time AFS team of Mike & Kevin Doherty! Good to see these guys up on the podium with a nice sack of fish weighing 12.14 lbs. It’s pretty impossible to get any information out of these guys, but its not impossible to see all smiles all the time! Great day for a couple of great guys.
Bringing in 4th place weight of 11.90 and the winners of a sweet $100 Power-Pole gift card, is the team of Jason Girard & Mike Tiedemann! They also won our first Elite13 event earlier this year, so they are not strangers to a good year of fishing! And wouldn’t you know it, they are also the winners of our STRIKER BRAND RAIN SUIT giveaway, a prize package worth over $1,200. Couldn’t have happened to a better team. Keep it up, gents!!
