S1E1 - The Sleeper Tracker

4/13/2023 – Jayson Lannon & Patrick Gagliardi are your reigning 2022 Team of the Year in the New Hampshire Division. I caught up with them to talk about their 2002 Tracker Boats model 170, their partnership, and what makes them so successful on the water together in the Northeast Division of the Aluminum Fishing Series Tournament Trail. These guys established themselves quickly, racking up 5 wins in 2 years, and are the epitome of the old saying… “it ain’t the tools, it’s the carpenter”.

S1E2 - The Lowen Xpress

4/20/2023 – Bill Lowen is a Bassmaster Elite Champion, Bassmaster Classic qualifier, and outdoor enthusiast with an Xpress aluminum rig. Bill was gracious enough to chat with us about his tin rig on tour, his confidence in the 2023 Elites after a good start, his outdoor passion, and how he spends quality family time. He dives into the accessories on his tin rig and his opinions on the huge impact of technology on the sport. Lots of great information in this episode about fishing and boating from one of the most consistent anglers on the professional tour!

S1E3 - Georgia's G3's

4/27/2023 – Robert Hobby and his team partner Jason Stanley stopped by the podcast today to talk about directing the Georgia division, their 2022 Team of the Year title, fishing, and the G3 Sportsman series. G3 is a Yamaha Boat Company, and all three of us own G3’s which makes this a special episode. All three of us get into the weeds with accessories, the G3 ride, advantages and disadvantages to the 1710 and 1810. We talked forever on this one, being our longest episode to date, but the conversation flowed and the information was abundant!

S1E4 - Scott Gordon's Big Bass Tour

5/04/2023 – Scott Gordon is the MC, the Voice, and the Tournament Director for the Big Bass Tour, a unique tournament series for amateur anglers looking to cash in on big fish catches. The format is unique, the organization is top notch, and Scott was gracious enough to sit down and chat with me about life, how he got into his current role, and what makes the Big Bass Tour so successful. I really enjoyed this conversation with my friend, and if you have a chance to compete in one of these events, don’t miss out!

S1E5 - Poche's Gator Trax

5/11/2023 – Keith Poche is a crazy man and adventure seeker, as evident from his youtube series, OFF THE GRID, with his on-the-water aluminum shenanigans and love of competition. Fresh off his MLF championship on Lake Cherokee fishing the way he wanted to fish, Keith sat down with us during his downtime at Stage 3 Lake Murray, where he made the knockout round with his tourmate, Dave Lefebre. Lots of fun info on this episode, where we talked about his first MLF win, aluminum boats, and how he plans to navigate multiple tour schedules.

S1E6 - Skeet Skeet - The Love Boat

5/18/2023 – Brian Tolbert and his wife, Erin, are your reigning 2022 Team of the Year in the Tennessee Division, and they do it out of a SKEETER… yes, you read that correctly… a SKEETER aluminum rig. Apparently Skeeter dabbled in the aluminum market before the trend really took off and shelved it early on, but Brian and his wife got their hands on one! It’s their office, and Brian talks about all the upgrades, modifications, and transformations to make this rig a fishing machine! Brian is also the tournament director in Tennessee, so if you have a tin rig in TN or the surrounding area, come on out and fish with us.

S1E7 - Jeff Gustafson - Gussy's Lund

6/12/2023 – Your 2023 Bassmaster Classic Champion runs a TIN RIG!  Jeff “Gussy” Gustafson cleared some time out of his very busy classic champ schedule to chat with us about his Lund, personal life away from the Elites, and the sponsor side of the business, where he cleared up some urban legends around sponsorships and the business/analytic side of things.  A lot of great info in this episode with one of the nicest guys in the industry!

S1E8 - Miss Fish Whisperers - Alumacraft

9/26/2023 – Our first ALL-FEMALE team, Katie Corgiat & Stephanie Kelzer, join us for some fun conversation about our Aluminum Owners Event on Sept 16th in Kasota, MN, multi-species tournaments & events, the Woman Anglers of Minnesota (WAM), and their number of pretty cool fishing boats ranging from a G3 tiller to an Alumacraft tiller and bass rig.  This is a great conversation about women in the sport, and we appreciate these ladies for their influence on the next generation of women anglers.
